Romantic Blush and Grey Summer Wedding at Stonefields Estate

What do you get when you have the sweetest couple paired with the softest, most romantic details? Jerrika and Adrian's wedding!

When you want classic romance but are also an outdoor lover, The Stonefields Estate is basically a must, and it is also one of Bourbon & Bloom's absolute favourite venues to design weddings for. Jerrika and Adrian wanted a wedding design that was beautiful, tasteful and fun, and they were all about those soft blush hues and dusty blue/greys.

Playing into the natural beauty of the venue, we created the utmost of elegance with practiced minimalism. The bouquets were filled with only the dreamiest, fluffiest flowers and offset with a gentle wrap of greenery. Their ceremony was an open-air dream, with white on white on white, stone, benches, and a custom door aisle entrance, peppered with blooming trees, hydrangeas and flower filled lanterns.

At the reception, soft linens played down long family tables, accentuated with the venue's beautiful wood and grey crossback chairs. Simple greenery and votives filled the tabletops creating a striking transitional colour pop. Every detail and line led the eye to the crowning jewel of a head table, centered with a luxurious soft grey kings chair, and a cascading backdrop of draped linen.

But the best part? This couple took in every. single. moment. Jerrika started the day surrounded by her girls, popping champagne and taking things easy. After the ceremony, Jerrika and Adrian took their first stroll as husband and wife, ending in a romantic picnic with more bubbly. Their grand entrance was a whirl of dancing, twirls and the biggest smiles in the world. And once the party got started, there was even some choreographed dance moves and a sparkler send-off!
